Alongside my real estate career, I bring a strong background in luxury estate management and high-level household operations. I held the role of Estate Manager for a multimillion-dollar ocean-view residence in Western Malibu, taking responsibility for every aspect of the home’s daily function and ensuring seamless operations at all times. I managed staff and vendors, directed maintenance and property projects, created a full household manual, and ensured the estate remained meticulously cared for whether the principal was in residence or at one of his other properties. My role also included preparing the property for VIP guests, coordinating schedules and systems, and maintaining complete discretion at all times.

I also worked as an executive assistant and office manager for a luxury broker at Malibu Living | Real Estate, located in Point Dume, Malibu. I helped create structure and consistency across the office’s daily operations. I managed confidential communication, organized schedules, prepared listings, coordinated inspections, and supported rental transactions—always ensuring a smooth, high-touch client experience. I also planned and executed music and art events that strengthened the brokerage’s community presence, which sharpened my skills in project management, creative problem-solving, vendor coordination, and polished client interaction. This foundation translates seamlessly into executive support, office operations, and real estate team environments.

As a licensed realtor, I later partnered with renowned Malibu agent, Chris Cortazzo, to co-list and successfully sell the bluff-top estate where I had served as estate manager. Working alongside him gave me firsthand exposure to the highest tier of luxury real estate and client service. After our co-listing sale, I continued to support his team by holding open houses for multimillion-dollar properties, always maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a polished presence.
Together, these experiences shaped my discreet, anticipatory, and highly organized approach to service, grounded in a deep understanding of both the operational and human elements needed to keep a household or business running smoothly. I now operate as a referral-only real estate agent while focusing on estate management, real estate operations, office management, and executive assistant opportunities.
