EXPERIENCE
Alongside my real estate career, I bring a strong background in luxury estate management and high-level household operations. From 2016 through late 2018, I served as the Estate Manager for a multimillion-dollar ocean-view residence in Western Malibu, where I oversaw every aspect of the home’s daily function. I managed staff and vendors, directed maintenance and property projects, created a full household manual, and ensured the estate remained meticulously cared for whether the principal was in residence or at his primary estate. My role also included preparing the property for VIP guests, coordinating schedules and systems, and maintaining complete discretion at all times.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & OFFICE MANAGER
I also worked as an executive assistant and office manager for a luxury broker at Malibu Living | Real Estate, on Point Dume, Malibu. In this position I supported daily operations, managed sensitive communication, prepared property showings, handled scheduling, and coordinated inspections and rental logistics for high-end Malibu clients. I also planned and executed several music and art events designed to expand the office’s visibility within the community, which strengthened my ability to handle event planning, vendor coordination, creative problem-solving, and guest experience — skills that translate seamlessly into private household service.
PRIVATE CLIENT RELATIONS
As a licensed realtor, I later partnered with renowned Malibu agent Chris Cortazzo to co-list and successfully sell the bluff-top estate where I had previously served as property manager. Working alongside him gave me invaluable exposure to the highest tier of luxury real estate and client service. I continued to support his team by holding open houses for multimillion-dollar properties always maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a polished, welcoming presence.
Today, I maintain my license and work strictly on a referral basis while I focus my career on estate management. This balance allows me to stay connected to the luxury real estate market while dedicating my time and energy to serving private households with the discretion, organization, and anticipatory support they rely on.
